We build strong kids, strong families, strong communities.

All of our ongoing classes are included in your membership, for High School age and older. Find the class that meets your time and fitness interests, and go. The instructor will demonstrate low and high impact moves, so you will get the workout you are looking for. Here are basic descriptions of all the ongoing Land Health and Wellness classes we offer.
