Dave Perez

Executive Director, serving your YMCA since 1992

Dave has been a part of the YMCA movement since 1973. He began his career in the Los Angeles YMCA and has worked for Ys up and down I-5. Dave likes this YMCA because of the commitment of our staff to make sure each YMCA experience is a special one and the support of our Board members and contributors in allowing our staff to do their job and do it well.  When he's not at the YMCA, he like to be with his family, officiating sports and beating Rich in golf.

Andy McIntosh

Financial Operations Director, serving your YMCA since 1996

Andy began his career of YMCA leadership in 1963 as President of the Skagit Valley YMCA Hi-Y Teen Club. Forty plus years later, he continues to be a tremendous asset to the YMCA - ensuring that our books balance in the black year after year.

Martha Bye

Associate Finance Director, serving your YMCA since 1996

Martha loves the YMCA because of the warm, family-friendly programs and its commitment to helping families in need. When she's not busy juggling her many, diverse responsibilities at the  "Y," she enjoys spending time with her family, playing softball, and camping.

Rob Petetit

Youth Sports Director, serving your YMCA since 1994

What keeps a person enthusiastically dedicated to his job for more than 10 years? Rob says it's the YMCA's values and its mission to help people be healthy and have fun. In his spare time, Robbie likes to attend Duck games, play card and board games, attend pro-baseball games and camp.

Holly Kriz-Anderson

Child Development and Summer Camps Director, serving your YMCA since 1999

Holly graduated from the University of Oregon in 1995 with a BA in Recreation. She's a committed leader in the YMCA

movement because of its accessibility to all and its promise to turn no one away. When she's not working hard to ensure

fun and safety for our Y kids, she's chasing her boys JJ, Jackson and Cooper and husband Corey.

Julie Grossman
Associate Executive Director, serving your YMCA since 2001
Julie started coming to the YMCA at age 5 and can't imagine life without it. Thanks to the YMCA, she can swim, dance, portage a canoe and make anything out of lanyard. Now she feels blessed to help give the people in our community the chance to be "Y Kids," no matter their age. She likes bike rides, dog walks, potlucks, good books, live music, and spending time with her husband Mike, and daughters Winona and Jezebel.

Tom Price

Facilities Manager, serving your YMCA since 1988

Tom's continued dedication to the YMCA stems from his sincere enjoyment of children and their enthusiasm. He believes that the YMCA movement is and always will be the foundation of any community. In addition to his love for the YMCA, he enjoys woodworking, sports, and family.

Kari Porter

Health and Fitness Director, serving your YMCA since 1998

Kari says she can’t imagine a better place to work and feels such joy & pride for being part of this amazing YMCA family

& community. Outside of the YMCA, she keeps busy with her family: Nic, Cole, Sage and Kali cat. Away from the Y,

Kari enjoys playing Ultimate, camping, canoeing, laughing, reading, seeing friends & family and eating yummy meals

(usually made by Nic). 

Rich Palmieri
Member Services Director, serving your YMCA since 1992

Rich has taken care people in all areas of our YMCA. As a Wellness Coach, Racquetball Pro, Building Supervisor,

Reception Center Staff and now as Member Services Director, Rich has seen what a difference the YMCA can make in

people’s lives. He enjoys racquetball, tennis, golf (especially when he beats Dave) and stirring up the pre- schoolers as

they go past the Reception Center Desk.
