Holiday and Winter Schedule Updates
The Holiday Schedule will be posted on the web site and at the Tennis Center by Thursday, December 10. It will highlight changes in activities or events during the holiday break. The Winter Schedule will start on Tuesday, January 5th. The new schedule will by posted by December 22nd.
General schedule reminder:
Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we close at 2:00pm.
We are closed on Christmas and New Year's Day.
The last day for lessons is the week of December 14th. The new session starts the week of January 11th, 2010. (Registration is going on now.)
The courts are pretty busy. Lots of people are playing and wanting to play. Here's a reminder of our court reservation policy:
To reserve a court:

Members may book courts up to 7 days in advance. (Non-members may reserve courts two days in advance.)

Reservations are taken starting at 8:30AM each morning.
Phone reservations first, then reservations from those standing at the window, then reservation messages left on Tennis Center voice mail.

One court per reservation. Either on the phone or at the window.
We ask members to limit their advanced reservations, during a 7 day peroid, to the following:

Families 6 (only 2 Primetimes)

Adults 3 ( only 2 Primetimes)
-
Youth 3 (Same day reservations only for Primetimes)
Prime time = 12:15pm, 5:30pm and 6:45 pm Monday - Friday
Need to cancel a court?

It is compulsory to give at least 2 hours notice when cancelling a court reservation. (This gives us enough time to notify those on a waiting list.)

Going to be a little late? Please let the desk staff know and we will hold the court for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late and don’t call, you could lose the reservation.
· Members may not reserve back to back courts during prime time.
Would you like to bring a guest?
Would you like to bring a guest to your YMCA?
Great!
Just bring in at least 3 cans of non-perishable food and you'll receive one guest pass.
This is available to current members only and as always, you need to be with your guest when they come in to play
