2nd & 4th Thursdays
of each month from
6:30-7:30pm in the
YMCA Beck Center .

Lead by a YMCA Staff person, come discuss ways to promote healthy living: learn exercises tips, discuss healthy eating & how to over-come barriers, find a workout buddy and much more.

You do not need to sign-up in advance or commit to this group, simply come when your schedule allows it and see what kind of support you can gain and give to others.
