Each 90-minute session includes one hour of high-level instruction focused on advanced shot selection, defensive transitions, speed-up and reset strategies, and effective partner dynamics. You'll then move into 30 minutes of structured, coached gameplay to apply these concepts under pressure and refine your execution in real-time.
