Member Court Reservations and Usage Policies
(effective February 16, 2026)
Tennis and Pickleball members may reserve a court time up to 7 days in advance, starting at 7 a.m. online at courtreserve.com/Account/Login. They may also reserve a court time during normal office hours in person or by calling the TPC Desk at 541-683-3410.
Non-members (guests) may only make a court reservation on the same day they are playing or they can drop in and play if a court is available. Non-members can also be included in an advanced reservation made by a member.
Each member may play a maximum of 5 times a week (Monday to Sunday) on courts that have been reserved. Programming (Mixers, Drop-ins, Clinics etc.) and Private/Group Lessons are excluded from this maximum.
Players may not be on back-to-back consecutive reservations.
The individual who made the reservation (owner) must be present for the reservation. Failure to show up as the reservation owner will result in a $10 “no-show” fee.
(If an owner cannot be present, they must cancel their reservation or pay the “no-show” fee. The TPC administration will not remove owners from a reservation.)
The reservation owner is responsible for reporting in Court Reserve all additional players no later than noon the day prior to the reservation. Failure to have a full reservation by the noon deadline will result in the reservation being cancelled and the court being made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: Once a court is cancelled, Court Reserve will notify members on the waitlist of the availability. This is not a guarantee, but a courtesy notification.
Courts must be canceled no later than noon the day prior to the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $10 “no-show” fee.
Members should be on the court within 15 minutes from the start of the reservation time (or program time). If not, the court (or registration space) will be designated as “open” and can be claimed on a first come, first served basis.
Making a reservation using a “bot” (computer software) is not permitted.
Making a reservation using another member’s account information is not permitted.
Either infraction will result in suspension of court reservation privileges until reviewed by TPC Director.
PLEASE NOTE:
All members must check in with their membership card at the TPC membership desk prior to entering the court area.
All non-members must check-in, pay a YMCA Day Pass fee and provide photo ID before entering the court area.
All players must wear appropriate tennis or pickleball attire and shoes must have non-marking, clean soles. Shirts must be worn at all times.
Players should wait in the reception area until right before their court time at which point they can wait quietly behind the curtain of their reserved court until it is time to go on the court. Be courteous by allowing the preceding players to complete their time period letting them finish the current point before entering. Preceding players should stop play at the end of their reserved time period or earlier. In some instances, and between a transition between tennis and pickleball, we will ask players to wait in the TPC lobby to help limit the distractions for players on the court.
Foul language or other inappropriate or excessive behavior will not be tolerated. Any member can report such infractions to the TPC Director; disciplinary action may ensue.
Only Eugene Family YMCA employed or approved Tennis Coaches/Instructors are permitted to offer lessons, teach or coach on TPC courts.
Photographs and video recordings are not permitted without explicit permission from staff.
Members and guests may only bring animals that meet the ADA definition of a service animal.
Please review the YMCA Code of Conduct for any additional expectations.
