No experience or flexibility required—just a willingness to pause, notice, and be honest with yourself.

Arielle Bertolone
Arielle has been teaching yoga since 2010. Over the years, her teaching has evolved from a power-focused practice to one that is focused on energetics, one’s internal world, and understanding the importance of the nervous system for a vibrant, embodied life. She encourages practitioners to approach their practice with compassionate curiosity, allowing each time one gets on their mat to be something unique. "I would love to help you find a balance of strength and softness in your own life. I personally have found these to be important components for a resilient body and mind. I can serve many populations and adapt routines to fit your needs, from exploring meditation to incorporating resistance training. Let's create a movement practice that is sustainable and dynamic for your unique body and nervous system."
