Join us for this 9-month series sharing intuitive nourishment and functional mind body nutrition with expert Sierra T. Nordquist, Certified Nutrition Specialist & Functional Nutritional Therapist and founder of Root Revival LLC. Each class in this series will include an interactive lecture about the nutritional benefits of the class topic. Enjoy live cooking demonstrations, new culinary techniques to use in your kitchen, and samples of fresh recipes to try.
At the end of each class, you will walk away with knowledge of how nutrition affects your body and what you can do about it, practical experience preparing nutritious meals, a reference guide of the education shared during class, and 6-8 recipes to prepare with your friends and family at home. See the table below for an overview of the different topics featured in this series. Most classes will take place the second of Tuesday of each month. All sessions will take place in Kalapuya Community Room and Camas Teaching Kitchen.

Join us for a delicious culinary nutrition experience, where you'll discover the secrets to a perfectly balanced drink, how to formulate smoothies and elixirs for maximum taste and nutrition, and the special ways you can 'amp up' your smoothie or elixir to make it extra delicious and nutritious. A single glass or mug can help you enhance your health, boost energy levels, improve digestion and immunity, reduce inflammation, and more. All of the recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, with vegan options if needed. Q&A time included!

Fearless Fermentation
