    • PeaceHealth’s EASA (Early Assessment and Support Alliance) will be at Walk It Off this week to bring awareness to the work our team does supporting young people and their families who have been impacted by the experience of psychosis.
       
  • July 3 — PeaceHealth Oregon Cardiology
    • Providers and staff from Oregon Cardiology at PeaceHealth will talk about heart health. Learn about our Walk With A Doc program, our Structural Heart Program (all things valve disease) and the other innovative treatment options available right here at Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute (OHVI).

    • It’s SUPERHERO day! Did you know that if you have not performed CPR within the last 3 months that you lose your muscle memory of efficient CPR?     • PeaceHealth’s Comprehensive Stroke Center will be at Walk It Off this week to answer your questions about stroke recognition, treatment and reducing individual risk factors. Learn how to spot a stroke and be a BEFAST bystander.
    • Meet our amazing Pet Assisted Therapy (PAT) volunteers. These certified therapy dogs and their humans are sure to bring a smile to your face!
       
  • August 21 PeaceHealth Institute for Nursing Excellence
    • PeaceHealth’s Institute for Nursing Excellence will be at Walk It Off this Week to highlight nursing advocacy in our community and reinforce the important health benefits of exercise, community engagement and wellness activities for everyone.
       

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
In an effort to keep our community safe, Walk It Off with be cancelled if Eugene's Air Quality Index (AQI) is 150 or higher and/or temperature is 95° F or higher. Please check our social media pages for cancellation updates. We will announce any cancellations by noon on the day of Walk It Off.
