
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a training based on the personal practices of mindfulness, progressive relaxation, contemplative presence, letting go of reactivity, mindful movement (yoga, etc), and enhancing emotional intelligence. These are integrated into daily life via home practice to help folks cope with stress and improve well-being.
