Join your Y community and yogis worldwide as we celebrate the 10th annual International Day of Yoga, right alongside the Summer Solstice! Led by instructors Sarah Finney, Amelia Woods, Carla LaFleur and Laura Kemp, we will be commemorating this moment with gentle flow yoga, chanting, music and meditation in nature, together!
This event will be held in the Roosevelt Middle School Soccer Field adjacent to the Y, rain or shine. Bring your own yoga mat and any other props you would like to use for your practice. Water will be provided.
This event is open to members and non-members. The celebration will be captured by a Y photographer/videographer for promotional materials. Thank you for helping us highlight the Y's work!
