A special practice will be led by 3 seasoned instructors, each bringing their unique style to create a single luminous experience. Together, we will honor the longest night of the year and welcome the return of the light through mindful movement, stillness, breath and the soothing vibrations of sound. This event offers a rare opportunity to be guided by 3 teachers in one harmonious practice.
