The Eugene Family YMCA’s new Don Stathos Campus is reshaping community health by integrating physical fitness with mental and emotional well-being. In response to growing mental health needs, the Y launched evidence-based programs like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), helping members manage stress, build resilience and foster connection. With more than 18,500 members, the Y continues to offer inclusive, holistic wellness opportunities—from group fitness to guided meditation—reflecting its commitment to strengthening both body and mind.
