This series shares intuitive nourishment and functional mind-body nutrition with expert Sierra T. Nordquist, Certified Nutrition Specialist & Functional Nutritional Therapist and founder of Root Revival LLC. Each class in this series includes an interactive lecture about the nutritional benefits of the class topic. Enjoy live cooking demonstrations, new culinary techniques to use in your kitchen, and samples of fresh recipes to try.

At the end of each class, you will walk away with knowledge of how nutrition affects your body and what you can do about it, practical experience preparing nutritious meals, a reference guide of the education shared during class, and 6 to 8 recipes to prepare with your friends and family at home.
