2nd Annual Festivus Feats of Strength

Get ready to test your grit at our 2nd Annual Festivus Feats of Strength! Pick and choose which strength and endurance challenges you take on and compete for age group prizes, or just for fun! Open to everyone ages 10 and older, in Male, Female and Non-gendered categories. Registration is free, and an optional event T-shirt will be available for purchase to show off your accomplishment. Bring your determination, your holiday cheer and a little friendly competition. After all, it's Festivus, so it's time for the rest of us!

The Feats (choose a favorite or do them all!)

• Wall sit (longest)
• Plank (longest) 
• Bench Press (weight determined by age) for reps for ages 16+ OR Consecutive Push-ups for those under 16
• Age groups: 10 to 16, 17 to 30, 31 to 45, 46 to 59, 60 to 69, 70+ 
• Sub groups: Male, Female, Non-gendered

Tuesday, Dec. 23
3 sessions to choose from:

• Morning, 9 to 10 a.m.
• Afternoon, 1 to 2 p.m.
• Evening, 6 to 7 p.m.
