Program & Event Proposals
At the Eugene Family YMCA, we are committed to being the Most Welcoming Place on Earth—a place where all people feel safe, respected and valued. The Y strengthens our diverse community by offering programs and events that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We understand that our community is strongest when organizations are focused on community collaboration and innovation.
When developing programming and events for the community, the Y remains fixed in our core areas of focus: Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. The Y's 2024 to 2027 Strategic Plan reflects our unwavering commitment to improving the well-being of our community, particularly in the areas of mental health, social connectedness and inclusive programming.
The Eugene Family YMCA will accept proposals for programs and events exclusively during the following windows:
- Feb. 15 to April 15, 2026, for 2027 Winter/Spring launch
- Aug. 15 to Oct. 15, 2026, for 2027 Summer/Fall launch
The link to submit a proposal will be live at 9 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 15.
