Sometimes we all need a little more. Maybe you need a little more motivation and accountability, or a little more of a challenge, or just a little more help. You can get a little more—or a lot more!—with Personal Training.
Work individually with a Certified Personal Trainer who will create a plan to meet your specific fitness goals.
Before purchasing a Personal Training package, schedule a free Intake Appointment. This session will cover health history, goals and scheduling needs so that your personal training experience is the right fit for you. Each Personal Training session is 1 hour.

Meet Our Personal Trainers
Angeline Perez-Gast
Angeline is enthusiastic about helping aging individuals embrace lifting to build strong bones, gain muscle and perseverance, feeling confident again. She believes it's never too late to take control of your health and is ready to begin supporting her clients beginning at any fitness level.
She's NASM certified and currently studying to expand her expertise to include a certification in TRX group training and certification to understand the female's body that will support women through fitness during peri/menopause.
Her passion for health and fitness helps clients focus on functional movement, longevity, quality of life and creating sustainable habits that support everyday life. Seeing her clients progress in their fitness level fuels her passion and love for helping others achieve their goals even more.
Angeline is passionate about helping clients discover activities they genuinely enjoy, making fitness both effective and fun. She also encourages incorporating outdoor movement to support overall well-being. Outside of the gym, Angeline enjoys training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cycling, rucking and spending time with family and friends.
Ben Lam
Ben specializes in helping clients build strong, capable bodies that support both everyday life and long-term performance. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he works with individuals of all ages and experience levels to improve strength, mobility, and movement quality.
His training style blends longevity-focused fitness with athletic performance principles, helping clients develop habits that last. Ben meets people where they are, creating structured yet approachable programs that build confidence and resilience over time.
He believes movement should enhance your life—not feel like a task to get through.

Brittany Banna
Brittany works with clients to build strength, confidence, and resilience through a supportive and empowering coaching style. With over 15 years of experience coaching tennis and racquet sports, she brings a deep understanding of athletic development and mindset into her training.
Her approach blends the discipline of an athlete with the heart of a coach, helping individuals grow not just physically, but personally. Brittany believes movement is about connection, growth, and enjoying the process.
Outside of training, she enjoys spending time with her daughter—whether that’s outdoor adventures or living-room dance parties.
Charlie Wade
Charlie specializes in helping older adults build strength, improve balance, and maintain independence. As both a certified personal trainer and active senior, he understands the importance of staying strong and capable throughout life.
With a lifelong passion for fitness and the outdoors, Charlie focuses on safe, effective training that supports mobility, vitality, and confidence. His goal is to help clients feel empowered in their bodies and maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.
When he’s not training, Charlie enjoys cycling, hiking, and staying active outdoors.
Donavan Alfred
Donavan helps clients create sustainable fitness routines that build both physical and mental resilience. As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, he focuses on making fitness accessible, approachable, and effective for all.
His training style blends boxing, strength training, and functional movement, emphasizing progress over perfection. Donavan works with clients to develop confidence, consistency, and a routine that truly fits their lifestyle.
Outside of the gym, he enjoys streaming, creative work, and exploring new fitness challenges.
George Espino
George works with clients to build strength, confidence, and consistency—no matter their starting point. With over 14 years as a track and field athlete, he brings both experience and passion into every session.
His approach focuses on meeting clients where they are, then gradually building intensity to support long-term progress. George believes consistency is the foundation for both physical results and personal confidence.
You can often find him enjoying a local coffee or tea shop when he’s not at the Y.
Jacob Urban
Jacob helps clients build strength and resilience through sustainable, injury-aware training. His approach emphasizes stability, mobility, and proper movement patterns to support long-term health and performance.
He works with individuals looking to improve their fitness without burnout, creating thoughtful, customized programs that enhance daily life. Jacob’s philosophy centers on making fitness functional, accessible, and lasting.
Outside of training, he enjoys nature, movies, and spending time with friends.
Jenny Adams
Jenny specializes in helping individuals—especially older adults—stay active, strong, and independent as they age. As both a Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Center Coordinator, she brings experience, leadership, and care into every interaction.
She believes movement is essential to living your best life and supports both physical and mental well-being. Jenny creates a welcoming environment where clients feel supported, capable, and confident in their journey.
Outside of the Y, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two children.
Kaaren Ponto
Kaaren specializes in helping individuals build strength, move better, and feel more confident in their everyday lives. She works with clients of all experience levels, creating a supportive environment where people can progress at their own pace and feel successful in their fitness journey.
Her approach combines traditional and functional strength training, with a strong emphasis on proper form, technique, and education. Kaaren utilizes progressive overload to help clients safely build strength over time, while empowering them to understand their bodies and take ownership of their long-term health and wellness.
Kaaren is passionate about making fitness accessible at any stage of life, helping clients develop habits that support both performance and daily function.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys crafting, paddle boarding, and spending time with her son and their pets.
Nate Flores
Nate helps clients build strength, skill, and confidence through adaptable and engaging training. With a background in mixed martial arts—including kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and capoeira—he brings a dynamic and functional approach to fitness.
He emphasizes mastering fundamentals and applying them safely, tailoring each program to meet individual needs. Nate creates a supportive environment where clients can challenge themselves while feeling confident in their progress.
Outside the gym, he enjoys music, beekeeping, and spending time outdoors.
Nate Robinson
Nate works with clients of all ages to redefine what it means to be an athlete—helping everyone see their potential. As a Personal Trainer, Teen Strength Program leader, and Health & Wellness Supervisor, he brings both expertise and energy to his work.
His training style blends elements of physical therapy and sports performance, balancing high-energy sessions with intentional, detailed coaching. Nate focuses on building both performance and understanding, helping clients move better and feel stronger.
Fun fact: Nate enjoys caring for reptiles, including snakes and bearded dragons.
Rachel Finegold
Rachel helps individuals feel strong, capable, and connected in their bodies. Her holistic approach combines strength training, mobility, endurance, and mind-body awareness to support overall well-being.
She works with clients of all ages and abilities, meeting each client where they are. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up your routine, Rachel provides the guidance, structure, and support to achieve your goals.
Rachel believes movement should feel empowering—not intimidating—and something you genuinely look forward to in your day.
When she’s not training clients, you’ll find her trail running, practicing yoga, backpacking, or gardening.
Rudy Tyburczy
Rudy focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive fitness experience centered on long-term well-being. As a Certified Personal Trainer, he emphasizes preventative wellness through strength, stability, and sustainable practices.
He meets clients where they are, helping them build knowledge, confidence, and routines that fit naturally into their lives. Rudy’s goal is to make fitness feel approachable, empowering, and even fun.
Outside of the Y, he is a stand-up comedian and podcaster—and always happy to talk about cats.
Stephanie Sanders
Stephanie helps clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through a balanced and mindful approach to movement. With a background in Pilates, yoga, Les Mills BodyPump, HIIT, and strength training, she offers a well-rounded perspective on fitness.
Her coaching emphasizes proper form, alignment, breathwork, and intentional movement to support both performance and injury prevention. Stephanie is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and improve everyday strength.
Outside of the gym, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, photography, and art.
