Discover the energy from within and learn how to cultivate happiness in your body during the gloomy winter months through the wisdom of herbalism and Ayurveda. Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing practice from India that uses herbal and natural remedies in combination with personalized care to nurture the body holistically. Enjoy cozy seasonal herbal teas as Neelam shares traditional techniques and insights for holistic wellness, specifically for the winter season. Holistic Way of Life will take place in the Kalapuya Community Room and Camas Teaching Kitchen.
