We believe in the importance of a positive experience when it comes to movement and exercise. Our Teen Training program has been designed to help youth ages 12-16 get started on their exercise journey in a supportive and safe environment. Teen Training is required for any youth 12-16 to use the Health and Wellness Center without a supervising adult. They are not required for those who are 16 and older, but they are highly recommended.
Starting in Fall of 2023, anyone who wants to use the strength equipment in the Health & Wellness Center on school days between 3:30 -5:30pm will need to be registered for our Teen Strength Program. More information to come.
The Teen Training program has three levels that connect teens with one of our Personal Trainers who guide them through a workout plan appropriate for their goals, experience, and physical development. Level One is the minimum requirement for youth ages 12-16 who are interested in using the Health and Wellness Center on their own. It covers cardio equipment, basic selectrize pieces, and overall fitness guidelines and etiquette. Level Two and Three will provide access to a greater variety of equipment and exercises, and are available to teens interested in progressing with their strength development once they are able to demonstrate a mastery of basic functional movement and safety.
REGISTER FOR LEVEL ONE
Youth who are interested in completing Level Two or Three training should speak with a Personal Trainer to set it up.

Our goal is to help you have time together and support one another while improving your family's health. In a FREE Family Training Appointment, we'll teach you which equipment and activities are safe and appropriate for you and your child to do together in the Health and Wellness Center.
